At Naughty Boy, we're trying to give Aussie blokes the widest possible selection of products possible (even the freaky ones we wouldn't usually range ourselves!) This means some items will ship from different locations. Your order turned out to be extremely unlucky (5 items from 4 different warehouses!!). All in all it took about six days to get to me so they really need to look at their postage and handling methods and costing. “Got all the products in a reasonable time though I was not in a rush, but standard delivery was not an option and it was sent in 3 different packages arriving at three different times during the day and resulting in 3 delivery fees. Overall the selection is very good. My only qualm was the 3 delivery fees and 3 different delivery times. Read their policy before ordering ;)”
“While the item was satisfactory the delivery of it was poor, I paid for express delivery but it took 4 days instead of next day. Apparently it came to my local area in SA but then it was sent to QLD and then back to SA. Not very happy.”

Thanks so much for this review of Australia Post. We'd encourage you to provide feedback to them directly as we do not own or operate Australia Post. Unfortunately these days Express Post is not "next day delivery." We've also forwarded your comments on Australia Post to our Australia Post account manager. We're happy that the product we provided you was to your liking however!

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this review. Unforunately it looks like Australia Post has let you down here. Like all online retailers, we have no power of their crazy antics. While we send complaint after complaint, the best thing you can do is also send them an email about this case.
