“To be honest, it's annoying that the only delivery option is $15. I think we're living in a time whereby delivery fees can be absorbed into the cost of doing business. Also, it was described as express post but took 3 days to arrive. Amazon have managed to deliver same day for free by comparison. Further to this it was delivered up the street to a neighbour that has a similar delivery address. Not the best experience in my opinion.

I am so sorry your order took 3 days to arrive it does depend on where you are in comparison to where our warehouse is as to the length of time it takes for your order to be delivered, and as to the wrong address this is an Australia Post issue I hope you let them know.

You also sent way too many messages. I was bombarded with NBA messages and identical AusPost messages as well as duplicate eMails that were identical to the messages. Toooo much.”

Unfortunately this is part we don't control as 99% of online stores are forced to use Australia Post to send parcels in the Australia Post mail system. 🚚🚚🚚😐😐
I can see from our records we sent you an email + SMS at 9:15am today saying your item was ready for collection and then an email at 10:44am confirming the item was delivered.
We use both email + SMS messages because lots of people don't check their email or it goes to SPAM.. then we can nasty reviews saying we are a scam because they didn't pickup their parcel.

The products you've ordered ship from our official warehouse location in Sydney. There is no chance at all this is a used item. I would agree with you, the product seal may have been scratched slightly during the shipping process from Japan to Australia to the warehouse and then your house. Picking something up from the post office is perhaps the most private solution on offer, as only you can collect the parcel. We don't want anyone's order laying on their doorstep or in a letterbox for anyone to pick up! “Ordering was fine, I even got a discount which was nice. It was supposed to be express and took a week to get to me. So quite disappointing. I did contact support who other than assuring me it was on its way didnt do much. I have been given a credit for the shipping thank you. Other than that I probably wont buy from Naughty boy again.”

Thank you so much for your honest and detailed review about both Naughty Boy & Australia Post. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of Australia Post for our deliveries (like 99% of other Australian ecommerce businesses.) Once a parcel is with them, it's a needle in a haystack trying to ask for help on individual items.
In your review you have outlined that you really like our store, but really don't like Australia Post.
It's a shame your final response is deciding not to shop at Naughty Boy, even though Australia Post was the problem.
“Again I asked for the parcel to be left at my door and it was taken back to the local PO if I wished it to be delivered at the PO I would have asked for it to be left there, I am disabled and can not get to the PO, I had to wait until my shopping lady came to ask her to pick it up. I am here permanently so the driver never even tried to deliver it. Don't let this happen again.”

I'm sorry to hear about your issues with Australia Post. We do not have any power over the way your local Australia Post outlet handles Australia Post parcels to your house unfortunately. I would consider discussing this with your friendly Australia Post representative in your Australia Post outlet to see how they can assist you better in the future.
“Initially it was POOR as your system continued to send me SMS's (with a code) that you were unable to send me my order without verifying my phone number, to which I replied up to 3 times, but the message continued to come through, extremely frustrating considering that your system was sending me messages to my mobile number ... its basically veryfing my number in the process??? I received successfully the order intact today.”
