We can see you ordered this on Tuesday and it was sent Wednesday via express post.

Thank you so much for brining this to our attention. For some reason the warehouse did put your $15 order though as regular post for $9.95 while you definitely paid and extra 3 bucks! We've fired the guy who did this and refunded the entire $12.95 back to your account which I think is the least we can do. frankly it's a bloody catastrophe mate. You deserver better for your $15 purchase and it's just not good enough. I posted this review on the fridge so everyone lifts their game around here. Thanks for your honest comments hey.
