“The item was not delivered to me. It was "delivered" to a "safe place", but not somewhere visible to the naked eye. I don't know why the 2-item order was split into two separate deliveries (with two delivery fees charged) - this can't have helped things. The "delivery" has taken 4 business days and counting and I still don't have one of the products ordered.”
“Dodgy and lazy customer service by not notifying me via email on the parcel tracking on the day after item dispatch. They only email me a receipt and NOT parcel tracking number. The time I get a parcel notification via email is 3 days after it was received by the Post Office. I had to pay around 7$ for the bus, to and fro post office. I wasted 1-2 hours of my life traveling to the post office and back home under hot summer weather. Express Post was a big waste of money, 13$ just to get notified to pick it up on the 3rd day on arrival at the post office. The problem was, the address and sender somehow didn't match to their system so they didn't deliver it to my address. Your staff probably made a typo on my name or address or something.
Overall, I would rate this service on my honest rating, 0/5 NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN
Waste of time and money on delivery. Not everyone can drive a car you know. Also, the item suppose to be delivered to my address and NOT left at the post office to be collected.”
“You people are Totally 100% Useless, 1st time i've ordered from you and the Last time, as you were happy to take my money and send me lots of emails on the orders progress and then have the hide to say you delivered the item sucessfully But No delivery of any kind ever eventuated, A total Sham A total Joke but Not the Good kind....

“1) wrong product delivered 2) unable to contact by phone as at the time I was unable to send an email 3) I have never been required to provide a security code after I had paid for and provided address details and mobile number. Love honey and Wild Secrets were must more user friendly.”
