Hi Jace, Let's turn that frown upside down with some facts! 1. You purchased your item on Friday and it was sent that day :-) 2. Our support staff don't work weekends. Hey Robert, Thanks for your great review mate. We really appreciate it. As some background, we offered cheap postage a while ago and it was a nightmare. Express Post used to be overnight but now it's just "priority", which pushes all the standard post items to the bottom of the pile.. and it's not even that cheap :-( I can see it would have been about $3 difference on your last order mate, so I hope it worked out ok for you. :-)
