“Delivery by Express Post is a joke. It doesn't work outside of major cities. It's expensive, there is no option & 8 days is not express. 13 days since the order - shipping is a rip off.”

I can see you took advantage of our Autumn coupon (saving $14.95) which cancelled out your express post charge ($14.95) - so essentially this means the postage was free. 😎
I can only imagine that the regular postage service would still be in the mail for a long time yet!

“Speed of delivery was great. Sadly you dont allow packages to be left in a safe place even when I tell AusPost that is what I want them to do. So, 2 bus trips to the post office and 2 trips back. Not happy.
You also sent way too many messages. I was bombarded with NBA messages and identical AusPost messages as well as duplicate eMails that were identical to the messages. Toooo much.”

I'm sorry to hear about all the problems you had with Australia Post. I hope you've provided the same feedback to Australia Post about the Australia Post delivery problems with Australia Post.
Unfortunately this is part we don't control as 99% of online stores are forced to use Australia Post to send parcels in the Australia Post mail system. 🚚🚚🚚😐😐
I can see from our records we sent you an email + SMS at 9:15am today saying your item was ready for collection and then an email at 10:44am confirming the item was delivered.
We use both email + SMS messages because lots of people don't check their email or it goes to SPAM.. then we can nasty reviews saying we are a scam because they didn't pickup their parcel.
