My first-ever order (NB5610235546) was apparently mis-handled because two weeks after being advised that it was on its way, I had to request advice on its whereabouts, and it arrived 4 days later. Made me wonder why I had paid so much for postage.
This time was excellent. I received a text the next day with advice that the order (NB5610246083) was at my Post Office awaiting collection (which was true).”
“1) wrong product delivered 2) unable to contact by phone as at the time I was unable to send an email 3) I have never been required to provide a security code after I had paid for and provided address details and mobile number. Love honey and Wild Secrets were must more user friendly.”
