Thank you so much for this honest review. We've just checked into this order and found that indeed the drop ship company who supplies this product had their trading name on the postage label. This has now been corrected and disguised a little bit more (Their name isn't immediately indicative of a "Naughty" business, but totally get your point - easy to google = not good. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. :-)

As your order was placed on Friday afternoon, it was quickly sent out EXPRESS POST on Monday for you.
If you do a quick Google of "Australia Post Black Friday 2024" you will see that they had record parcels (3 million!) which explains why they may have been a bit late with your delivery. 😪

Thanks for this great review mate!
As some background, tracking numbers are allocated internally by our system one by one as the label is generated & stuck to the parcels. When the package is taped up and thrown on the big pile, the dispatched email is sent instantly but (depending on the warehouse or direct supplier) it may take a few hours for tracking numbers to be sent & approved by Australia Post.
We then send an SMS to confirm the parcel is truly on the way and uploaded into the Australia Post system, which I think you received.
I think you're a techy type of dude so I'm now going through making sure all the processes are firing correctly based on this feedback 😎😎

“The best part of my NB experience was the support and communication regarding my unique circumstances. Unfortunately the item purchased (Avenger Spinning Stroker) which was listed with a "spinning" feature did not in fact have that. The other features of the item were fine. Communication regarding delivery was great though with additional communication from Australia Post was somewhat excessive combined. Please do stay with Aust. Post.”
