“Everything on NFC site is nice and easy. One thing I like the most is the reviews by customers, they help a lot. One thing I'm still not sure how to understand is the sizing, there could be an improvement there, especially for an average customer who doesn't understand fit and sizing. I measured myself by the instructions on site, but still I missed with your sizing. Everything else is amazing - the quality of your garments, the nice and smooth web shop, the very fast delivery. The mere thing that you deliver to my country, Croatia, and your webshop calculates my VAT and taxes and delivery cost at the checkout, is awesome, just what I need. What I would like to see more, is some more engagement from you with your customers on social media, there's a suggestion for you. Everything else is just perfect, I love it and we are ordering some more!”
