“Wow talk about GREAT customer service!
We had Panoramic doors system installed in 2017, and they do not come back to you ref support at all.
I have since seen New Wave Doors product which it transpires a lot of competitors try and imitate but none the less they have helped us in lightening quick speed and service to rectify our issue as best they can on a competitors product!

“We are absolutely delighted with our New Wave doors. They look fantastic and work beautifully and add a real elegance to our living space. The service the team provided was exceptional: Ours was not an easy installation with lots of hiccups along the way due to the fact that our builder did a bad job at making the aperture for the doors. The team in the office were incredibly accommodating and helpful and were determined to get our doors fitted and functioning. They communicated with us by phone and email regularly until the issues we had with our builders were resolved. The installers were kind, friendly and very competent and resolved the technical issues we had. We will be using New Wave when we build our extension and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for quality of product and service.”

“Claire and the team have gone above and beyond to assist with sourcing of some replacement brackets for our Newwave doors. The doors were fitted many years before we bought the house by a local company. I can say that Newwave doors stand by their product over time and throughout the supply chain to the end user. Personally, I would not hesitate to buy their products in the future if the need arose as I feel that end product support is key with a purchase of this value.”

“Came across these doors online whist researching normal bi-folds. Did the usual homework and these looked a really good option/alternative to consider.Our budget was for fairly good bi-folds which we knew were not cheap but looking closer at New Wave our budget would cope. We thought to only way to decide was to go to the factory/showroom in Bristol to see for our selves - try before you buy.
It so happened the demo room had virtually the doors we wanted, Many advantages over bi-folds, easy to use, flexible opening, all we had read in the brochure. Ordered there and then without any hesitation, no hard sell I think we surprised the salesman Brin!
Quite a wait but we understood the supply chain delays with glass etc.
Communication throughout was great and eventually installed a week earlier than expected.
Install process was excellent, we had measured and prepped the opening correctly so all went well, very polite guys who run on coffee!
Cannot recommend highly enough and of course we have a great set of doors. We just need some sunshine and warm weather- unfortunately New Wave cannot supply that.

“I was apprehensive at first, using a company I had not heard of and based quite some distance away from me. As with any company, there are good and bad reviews but as I liked the product so much, I took the plunge. I now know there was no need to be worried. New Wave Doors have been great all along, from initial enquiry through to installation as well as a little aftercare. I was kept informed all the way through the process, and they were flexible on dates based on delays with my build. The product is great and I can't wait to use the doors more when the better whether comes.”

“New wave doors is a very professional team right from sales, delivery and to after-sales. We are a bit of a perfectionist and the team accommodated our ask till the last moment. In fact, after 3 months of installation, they are sending me a black door handle which was not in the original order and we wanted it to match with another door. Usually, installation is 5-6 weeks but looking at my urgency team arranged for installation at the end of the 4th week itself without costing me anything.
Regarding doors, you will never go wrong with the quality, security and other promises new wave door makes in their advert. It is a kind of surprise always and people wonder why they didn't go for it. The special feature that you can use individual panels for opening is unique and not many have it [unless they used Wavedoor].
On the installation day you will find a Van with two technicians who know exactly what they are doing. As long as your measurement [which is really straightforward] is right, you don't have to worry a bit

“Big thank you to New Wave Doors, the final part of our new extension. We are loving the new doors with this slight change in weather. We were set on Bifold doors until our builder told us about your product, we are so glad he did. They look & do everything that we were told they would, from ordering to completion everything was so easy. We had to delay our original fitting date as our builder Rob had delays sourcing some materials, but we informed New Wave & they worked around us & we had a new date that was just right for our schedule. Many thanks to Connor & Mike for such a professional & clean fitting service, Zoe for her patience with us for explaining our options & helping us get what we wanted. “We are very happy with our New Wave Doors. Ordering, fitting and small repairs have all been completed. Fitters very pleasant, friendly and tidy.
There were delays on both sides due to us not being ready and the factory coming out of Covid-19 restrictions. Fitting did not take very long at all.
Everyone who has seen the doors really likes the design and the fact you don't have to open the whole thing all the time.
Very pleased - if we were ever to do another extension!!!, we would certainly use New Wave again”

“I’m well impressed with these slide and swing doors, they are 4.8M wide with 5 panels in anthracite they have a good contemporary solid modern look they look awesome and easy to operate, strong robust design, I’ve seen a few bi-folds and think they are too fiddly and cumbersome,
