“The product is very good and well made and the service department when I needed to contact them were very responsive to a minor issue that we had with a faulty glass unit it was promptly replaced overall I am very satisfied with this company and their product and I would recommend their product to anyone”
“Our experience of new wave doors is we had excellent service from start to finish. Easy to talk on the phone with office staff who put me at easy understood what we wanted, had a survey told us what would be done. The same men did the fitting as the survey, Very quick and clean all work done site clean when they finished we can't fault any part of the job. Very happy with the finished job excellent.”
“Had a customer that required 2of these doors and went to new wave for supply only, delivered when said, had minor adjustments needed as the video instructions where not to clear, service engineers where booked, turned up on site, great lads, took them 2 minutes to get the doors working as should. “Cannot fault this company, we purchased our 5 sets of doors through Zoe who was amazing and extremely patient while we decided exactly what we wanted. Then we dealt with James to confirm the manufacturing spec and was very impressed with his knowledge of not only the product but the industry and standard procedures as well. Our final door was installed yesterday and I could not be happier with how they look and work. The fitters were so friendly and efficient and it has been a pleasure working with everyone from New Wave, nothing seemed like too much to them, cannot recommend them enough! Thanks again guys!”

“I used New Wave for 17 sets of doors in a development which was completed last year. The New Wave is a high quality product that works so much better than any other door we have come across.
We are about to order another 10 sets for our next development and because of the way the New Wave Door works by incorporating them into the design from the beginning, we have been able to substantially increase the amount of fliving space. If your are building a dwelling or an extension you should use these doors because there are so many benefits over bi-folds.
I have noticed a few negative comments about customer service but it seems a little unfair as the current situation is affecting service and supply across the whole sector and I am speaking from experience.. I have dealt with many window and door suppliers over the years and I can highly recommend New Wave Doors on both product and customer service. Their service to us has been outstanding.”

“I would highly recommend New Wave as a company, we ordered 3 sets of doors from them last year, we dealt with a very helpful lady in sales to start with who answered our original queries, our builders then had some questions so the sales lady put the installation department in contact with them and everything thing was sorted within a couple of days, our doors were installed 2 weeks ago, all be it a little late, but I can understand this given the current climate.We could not be happier with our doors and we are so glad we made the decision to go with New Wave rather bifolds.”

“I was apprehensive at first, using a company I had not heard of and based quite some distance away from me. As with any company, there are good and bad reviews but as I liked the product so much, I took the plunge. I now know there was no need to be worried. New Wave Doors have been great all along, from initial enquiry through to installation as well as a little aftercare. “Big thank you to New Wave Doors, the final part of our new extension. We are loving the new doors with this slight change in weather. We were set on Bifold doors until our builder told us about your product, we are so glad he did. They look & do everything that we were told they would, from ordering to completion everything was so easy. We had to delay our original fitting date as our builder Rob had delays sourcing some materials, but we informed New Wave & they worked around us & we had a new date that was just right for our schedule.
