“Not happy with the customer service at all. Ordered this bed last Friday, really fast delivery as it was delivered today, unfortunately I made a mistake when ordering and realised this morning I had ordered the wrong size totally my fault but wanted to see if there was anything we could do. I tried to get in touch with next divan by email and phone and nothing. I’ve waited all day and tried non stop and now I’m left with a bed the wrong size and no communication. What if the bed was faulty and I needed a refund, the bed itself is overall ok condition for what you pay, but the customer service seems to be non existent. Won’t be ordering from here again.”

“I purchased the same bed last year when it was much cheaper. I purchased it again as I was so pleased with it, despite the huge price hike. However the quality is very poor this time with the fabric not fitted properly. It looks really cheap, but needed bed the same day so did not return.”

“The bed is badly built and the instructions given were for the plastic frame bed when we brought the metal one, and separately were very poor instructions, found a video instruction by chance afterwards but still not great. Currently in talks with the company”

“Communication excellent...same can't be said for divan base....base was like cardboard, all of poor quality...I know bed was cheap but this was ridiculous....mattresses where ok same for headboards...if they only invested a bit more on the quality of the actual divan base then this would have been a positive review....its a shame.”

“Not impressed with the product. The silver paint on the feet of the bed were all scratched. Two of the plastic feet were also cracked. We didn't have the correct screws to attach the headboard to the bed. The headboard had a few black marks on the fabric. Looks very nice from a distance but it is a very cheaply made product. Not a happy customer”
