“My divan was delivered with damaged sliders( feet). I contacted them and sent them a photo of damaged items. I received an acknowledgement that my e mail would be dealt with. I phoned next divan and was told that next divan do not deal directly with the customer, and I had to contact Amazon. For good customer relations and service, the damaged items could have been replaced with very little cost. I am very disappointed at next divan’s response, and I will be returning the bed as faulty. I would not recommend buying a bed from this company.”

“Bed came damaged and I had to refuse delivery. Second bed came and was also damaged and we couldn’t get the feet in. Third time lucky and I’m finally happy with my bed. Wouldn’t shop there again or recommend to friends”

“The quality of the bed is brilliant. The customer Service, not so good. The wrong item was sent, then the next 2 deliverys were damaged, they didn’t want to take back any of the damaged items, leaving me with large items to dispose of etc. They just didn’t seem that bothered that it took me so long and a lot of hassle to actually get all the correct parts of the bed I should’ve had.”

“Putting the bed together with limited instructions was frustrating. Seams to be good solid construction, but does not seam square. Sent vidio as platform does not shut down properly, unless in time it will wear bracket to close without a struggle. Photo of damaged boss which has caused damage to corners of wooden bases. Material pulled on foot end of one side. Photo sent as 2 downward struts not welded to base. Bracket broken down side that receives platform, does affect at moment but, a replacement may be needed. Want all defects on record so if we have problems in the future, they would be rectifyed.”

“Really happy with headboard, but base could have been better, found it hardwork almost broke the feet trying to get them in, no holes ready for screwing base so had to pierce holes through the fabric also could have been a better fixture for holding bases together very awkward and kept coming off”

“I am very disappointed as there were scratches everywhere. Broken corner as well. Instructions wasn’t clear at all. Missing screws/bolts. Pictures attached. I believe that my item was returned item from someone else.”

“Bed & headboard arrived on time but had too drill holes on 3 of the feet to push the feet legs in,draw end doesn't fit flush and the fitting to connect to 2 beds together is very poor,but headboard looks really nice.”

“It's ok for the price. But the clips that were included to keep the two halves of the Double Divan together were useless. We had to improvise with something we had.”

“Cheap springs to mind. I feel we overpaid the headboard is nice but the divan base is flimsy and not well made or worth the price”

“Ordering was fine, returns with a reorder not so fine. Why can't a return be married up with a reorder, saves time and expense,and had a hard time off the driver when he turned up 1hr early,and I was missing”
