“Appalling/non-existent customer service from this company. We recently ordered a divan from Next Divan which was delivered promptly. However, the divan collapsed within a week of it being used (by one person, only used for the purpose intended) so the quality of their products is clearly very poor. Next Divan have refused to engage with us in any meaningful way, simply stating that the damage must be our fault and have not honoured their warranty in any way. Appalling company, rubbish quality products - avoid like the plague.”

“I ordered bed in this company and waited for so long then on day of delivery they cancelled due to first didn't passed the quality, then sending messages again saying it's damaged in the courier.very unreliable company.when im asking for a refund they are directing me to the retailer that not even replying on email neither answering calls.very unreliable company.i wish I read the reviews before I order.”

“Ordered 3 mattresses on Saturday, order was accepted with payment taken out of account. On Tuesday, at 1 p.m. received an email stating merchant has canceled order with no further reason why. When ordering online it had not stated I was ordering the last 3 mattresses! There customer service is horrendous as I Called customer service 10 times, left voicemail and emails but received no response at all. I am very concerned about my refund.”

“I’ve sampled various mattresses in hotels and b and b’s. I decided to treat myself to one. I’m in agony with it. Nothing like the ones before. I photographed the labels to make sure I bought the correct one. It’s awful to sleep on. I want to swap it and hope the new one is ok”

“Not really happy with the bed it is a nice looking bed on the eye and the headboard is nice. However the bed itself is not very strong. I feel this is not gonna last very long at all before it breaks the quality of the bed Overall it’s very cheap and nasty drawers are extremely flimsy One of mine was broken had to get my uncle to fix It would not recommend purchasing this bed It’s far better to spend that little bit more money and buy a quality one!”

“I ordered a divan base from Next Divan on the 2/12/2022 which arrived on the 14/12/22. So far so good. The images shown on their website clearly show the two parts of the bed base are bolted together on the sides of the base. This is a secure and stable method and is one of the reasons I bought the base. However on attempting to assemble it I have found that this is not the case with the base I have received. Only two small metal clips have been supplied which are supposed to hold the two halves of the base together on the underside of the base. These do not work. They do not stay in place and fall out when moving the base. The two halves will not stay together making the base insecure. The sliders provided are of poor quality plastic and several have come apart. I am not sure they will support the weight of the divan base plus weight of mattress and bedding. I am disappointed with the overall quality and would like the base collected and a refund arranged please. However I have tried your number 03301 330441 several times to organise this but only get a recorded message saying no one is available and to leave a message. Which I did. In fairness they did attempt to call me once but I was in the dentist so could not take call. No contact since other than an email trying to instruct me on how to secure the bed base and offering to replace broken gliders. I replied saying that I have tried pushing on the u clips as per the instructions supplied but they do not sit flush with the frame or stay in place. One clip slips out/off immediately. And the point with the gliders is that they are such poor quality sending out replacements will not solve the problem. I cannot see how such flimsy plastic will support the weight of the base plus mattress and linen. The overall quality of the bed is poor the only upside is that I didnt pay the full price of £400. I am going to attempt to contact them again over next couple of days but am not hopeful I will get to speak to someone. Lorraine Marten”

“Dreadful after having to chase when my bed base was going to be delivered, I was lied to and told I had to wait another two weeks as they had tried to contact me to arrange (they definitely had NOT) then I was given a two hour time slot on the day of delivery. My bed was not delivered. I was informed someone would contact me to rearrange the delivery, that didn't happen either. I had to chase further. Terrible communication, and lie.”

“The bed is poorly made after the first one was faulty and replaced after it had a dent in the middle of the base the 2 nd the finishing on the bed is bad if I hadn’t got rid of my previous bed I would have returned my sister wanted to purchase a bed I told her to stay away from this company shoddy workmanship !”
