Please be assured this beautiful garment is 100% Mongolian Cashmere, however the superfine, light weight element of the garment can create a different look and feel from our Classic Cashmere. “Return policies should be reviewed. It’s extremely non-customer service friendly having to have your physical credit card to return an item. It’s very antiquated, inconvenient and lacks simple technology upgrade. I don’t know any other store that does that in years!!”

If this was previously an online order returned to our stores, you would only need to quote your order number and we can issue the refund online without the physical card.
