“Return policies should be reviewed. It’s extremely non-customer service friendly having to have your physical credit card to return an item. It’s very antiquated, inconvenient and lacks simple technology upgrade. I don’t know any other store that does that in years!!”
Good afternoon, we are very sorry to hear you have been left disappointed with our returns process. Sadly we do require the original payment method for refunds for security reasons, but I will certainly pass your feedback onto the team for any future developments.
If this was previously an online order returned to our stores, you would only need to quote your order number and we can issue the refund online without the physical card. Thank you for your review and I am very sorry you have been left disappointed regarding the returns process for Northern Ireland. Sadly DPD do not offer the same returns services as they do for the mainland UK, this is something we have discussed with the courier in detail and we have fed back. We are hoping the options will change in the future and I will ensure you are kept up to date if this changes.
