“ZERO STARS FOR THE PACKING DEPARTMENT.....
I placed an order (for 410 euros) and requested special gift packing ( offered on request by N.Peal ).
As the gift was for my daughter's 21 birthday. Delivery in Greece. To ensure the gift packing ( a GIFT BOX) was included I also emailed N.Peal with this request. To make sure. Ben of N.Peal assured me the gift box would be included. BUT IT WAS NOT.
The packing department FAILED to read the note on the order form, and they failed to follow Ben's request. The cashmere jumper arrived in a pathetic battered cardboard box, battered in transit. I emailed N. Peal who assured me a gift box would go out DHL express. BUT IT DID NOT. It went by regular Royal Mail ! Which takes about 10 days, and will arrive well after my daughter's Birthday, necessitating my going out shopping for gift packing at the very last moment.”

“Recently I have shopped more than 25 garment from N.peal, here comes with my review:
1. The garment quaility is excellent, super comfortable and nice.
2. The fit is different from garment style, I have difficulties to find the right fit since sometimes is small, sometimes medium, even sometimes large works pretty well.
3. Shipping service from UK with FedEx is sucks, since FedEx never on time and I have to spend serval days in a row just to wait the package to arrive.
4. No free return postage for customer who shopping more than 3000 euro is not generous. Every return on customer cost is not match the brand reputation since N.peal can sign a better deliver logistic company service with lower price compare with individual customer., and provide free return postage which many brands do just make customer life easier.
5. Sign up to get the discount is not working, since the validation email ever come to my mailbox serval times.
6. The customer service is very good, helpful and informative.”

“Your garments are good, but I never see something, well, extraordinary. For example, a white cashmere with natural flecks or perhaps unique tipping. Go out on a limb occasionally, or you are just another cashmere company.”
