“Took my daughter to Olive Garden , Phila. Roosevelt Boulevard. We haven’t been in a long time , so I decided to treat her.. BIG MISTAKE!!! The waiter was FANTASTIC so worth the tip we left him.. I had the steak Gorgonzola it was absolutely horrible.. steak was so so as far as being tender, the entire meal was so bland.. benign an Italian restaurant I expected to taste a little garlic.. Only garlic I tasted was the bread sticks. The sauce for the Alfredo was nothing but a flour and water mix you use as a base for gravy (rue) At least throw a piece of onion in it for Christ sake!!! A hint of garlic powder SOMETHING!!!! I ordered potato soup , two spoonfuls sent it back.. water with a few sliced potatoes .. take a lesson from Campbell’s.. salad was good.. the peach ice tea was good.. I never had anything so bland in my life.. even the steak was “ just “ steak.. my daughter ordered the chicken parmigiana, she said Meh, Ok , but a bit salty, but she said DOSENT taste like we went to an Italian restaurant, we didn’t even REALLY need the mints they gave us, usually you have to brush ur teeth or something after a meal because of the garlic.. I took the rest of mine home thinking maybe it’ll taste better after I heat it up NOPE!! The grandkids didn’t even want it.. The only thing I didn’t waste my money on was the tip , KUDOS to the waiter, wish I could remember his name , I was really taken aback & dissapointed”
“I've always liked Olive Garden very much. Both my mother and father loved Olive Garden, and we got their take out for each of their birthdays every year since 2020. That was the year when I lost my last family member and the last time I ordered from them until just recently. We always used to get the Tour Of Italy because they gave us a good quantity of each portion and used to come in this huge platter for take out in a huge paper bag. I ordered the same thing, Tour Of Italy the other day and instead of getting a big platter which you had each different portion of fettuccini, then spaghetti and lasagna. What I received was this little takeout box in a plastic bag like a Walmart bag that had just a half tablespoon of linguine, which wasn't even enough there to get a taste of it, very small amount of lasagna, and a little bit more spaghetti but not much! I ended up having to cook something else because not only did it not fill me up. I was still very hungry from the small portion. Very disappointed the price has gone off significantly and the quantity of food has gone down around 75%. Very disappointed after being a family favorite to feel like you've got ripped off and was still hungry after eating which was once their big signature dish. I don't believe I will order from Olive Garden again after them changing their quantity tremendously and raising prices so radically.”
“Overall, food was good, delivery on time but I consistently have an issue with the amount of sauce provided. Menu says it will serve 4-6 but I find it will only serve about 3-4. Also, I am unable to upload a photo...this is the second time website is unable to upload.”

“Well, the food was good, but we had just served ourselves the salad and the entrees came out! We wanted to enjoy the salad and breadsticks before the rest came out! We noticed the next table had the same issue. Their table was overflowing with food and salad, etc. Just a thought that your servers should watch and make sure the customers are ready for entrees. “My friend and I have eaten at the Olive Garden close to the Hulen mall in Ft. Worth 4 times in the last 2 or 3 months. The food and service is always great. Today we went and I asked our server if they do any thing for birthdays. He said yes. So the servers came out and brought my friend a piece of cake with a candle on it then sang Happy Birthday to her. It is wonderful that they do that for customers birthdays.”
“My husband and I used to love to dine at Olive Garden up until a few years ago. The gnocchi soup was very, very salty. They only offer a pee-made salad with only their house dressing. My husband loves garlic. I have gastritis so I have to avoid sauces containing any acid or garlic.
PLEASE OFFER A MENU for people who are on salt-restricted diets and a red sauce without garlic and acidity, and we will come back!”
“Spokane, WA Olive Garden. The waiter served my order incorrectly. Then she stated I did not hear your say you wanted a dinner serving rather than a lunch serving and walked away. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli. The egg noodles were dry. I scraped the bottom of the little bowl and found a very small amount of tasteless white sauce. I will admit they did a very good job of marketing for us to find a restaurant which will provide what we expect. I am trying very hard to be objective while expressing complete dissatisfaction. “My wife and I have been going to Olive Garde in Toms River for 20 years and usually the food and service is good. However , this past Sunday 7/5/25 I was very disappointed with the service. I had Chicken Parm and my wife had Lasagna. The server was very unprofessional and was hanging out speaking with another women with a small baby when we arriived. This continued almost the entire time. When she took our orders there was no thankyou, but a " you got : answer. Never once did she say thankyou or sir when serving us. I detected a bad attitude and all the empty dishes were left on the table during the entire time.. The hanging chatting with her friend didnt stop either. Olive Garden can do better than hiring bad servers like this,”
“We had a Anniversary Dinner there last night.From walking into the front door to leaving it was Horrible. The food was burnt.The Server must have been new and the Manager was condescending. ALL of this over their complete refusal to give my Wife a new fork.I will never go back.”
