“This was a go to place for us for many years last century in 90s, early in 20’s but gave it a last chance today-this one in allentown PA. Sorry, it is not the same any more-absolutely sub standard food, Servive is still great. It turn out to be the last time visit to OG.”
“Olive Garden in Burbank once again did not disappoint! My visit was warmly meet by beautiful hospitality upon entry and immediate seating.
The wait staff and management worked together flawlessly, respectively and very professionally. I sat near the kitchen and notice how clean & well organized the kitchen was VERY IMPRESSED!
There was no yelling, loud talking, joking or individuals standing around. The team demostrated effective communication across the board.
My waitress Blancia was remarkable! Excellent service. The manager was on the floor FANG worked well with his staff the entire time l was seated (1 & hour). Love this restaurant, will be returning again.”
“Used to Olive garden had a mixed lettuce salad so u could at least pick out the iceberg and toss and still have some good greens left, now it's all tasteless no nutrition iceberg lettuce.”

Me and my 2 kids went in for dinner, got seated right away Wich was nice. After 1 last took our order she handed our table off to a young girl BritanyK, took her 15 min to bring our drinks out, no straws waiting another 6min for straws. My kids food came out, order was wrong but they just fixed it so no biggy. While they ate I waited for my salad that never came and by the time my food came out my kids were done with theirs. During that time no refills on drinks or bread so I told the guy Hector if he could just bag up my food because my kids were already done eating so he did. I won't be going back the quality had definitely gone down with waitresses saying "I got you" when I asked for something. Very unsatisfied.”
“I was happy with the entree (Lasagna), however; the minestrone soup was not up to par. There were far too many tomatoes in the soup. All I could taste, every bite, was tomatoes.

2. THE PORTIONS ON THE SALADS THAT CAME WITH THE BUY 1 TAKE 1 WERE UNBELIVEABLY HORRIBLE ... AND WHEN I ASKED FOR EXTRA OF ALL THE TOPPINGS ... I DIDNT EVEN GET THOSE.
DO NOT GET THE SIDE SALADS TOG O, MINE CAME WITH 2 SLICES OF TOMATO, 2 BLACK OLIVES AND MAYBE 4 SLIVERS OF ONION. ALSO THEY SHORTED ME 3 BREADSTICKS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COMEIN A DOZEN WHEN YOU ORDER THE FAMILY SALAD. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION UNLESS IT IMPROVES DRAMATICLY.”

“Went to Olive Garden Fair Lakes VA today and was disappointed. Took 3 tables and seats to find one that was half clean and we were one of the first customers. Silverware had spots also. Manager just brushed it off like nothing was wrong. Didn't bother to have someone come clean them. He was not customer friendly at all. Waitress was fairly good but didnt come back to make sure our food was OK, nor did she offer to fill water or ask if we wanted more breadsticks or dessert. This OL use to be very good but has definitely gone downhill over the last few times we have gone there. Good chance we won't go back again.”
“My daughter worked at that restaurant for two years and despite being a child she gave her all for that job because she liked it, so much so that when I was in the hospital on the verge of death she spent the night taking care of me and then went to work but there is no consideration there, she even had to go when she was sick because they don't forgive even a medical paper, today the Christmas present they gave her was to fire her. Bravo to them and may God bless them for ruining their Christmas”
“Amber our problem first problem occurred trying to get in to the establishment the doors are not ADA accessible when we were Seated by the hostess she did not remove a chair for my will chair at the table Our waiter however was great and the food was very good sadly we will not be returning”

“Not sure why in this time when more people are picking up orders instead of going inside. That the “car side to go “is so extremely slow. Not satisfied with the answer from management. If I go inside and order my food it will arrive at my table in 20 minutes. But, it takes 40 to 50 minutes to bring out the door. Looking for another place to eat.”
