“I was connected with aged EW9 but it took over 5 minutes for the agent to make any contact. This could be as they were still with a previous customer and a system issue connecting us too early, but I don’t know for sure. On the plus side when EW9 assisted me he was extremely helpful and informative. I came away knowing my issue had been dealt with in a thorough manner and when the changes to my policy would take effect from.”
