“Terrible experience on renewal and on cancellation of policy. Over an hour just to cancel a policy is a farce, and no refund despite being less than halfway through the policy!”

“The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. “I engaged their services hoping for investment and professional guidance, but I was let down when my experience didn't meet those hopes. I suffered a loss of $81000 in two months, which was incredibly frustrating. Looking back, I realized I should have done more research before proceeding. “Do not use OneClick. Impossible to contact the company. Chat box is the only way and took over an hour to get through and then kept getting kicked out. Tried to change mobile number and could not do so. Then tried to cancel policy which was made incredibly difficult and kept pushing back on refund only to be charged £49.99 fee within 2 days of taking out policy...told in chat box if it is after 14 days then fee is £599.99!!!! Company hides fees and is not transparent - will be taking up with FCA/Insurance Ombudsman”
