They took my car over 5 weeks ago for repair after I made a claim...I was on hold for over 2 hours after trying to call them...no one had contacted me. Its like they have stolen my car...

Paid annual fee but when my car was a right off. 6 months have passed and no refund for the rest of the payment received.

Whilst J A7 was very helpful to deal with and I would rate him five stars. I would have to say, use ANY other insurance company that you can. The website is appalling, and it would appear the companies they deal with don't have a lot of selection of alternative vehicles if you want to change your policy to another car! In addition if you want to have a human conversation with somebody via the telephone you're wasting your time!

Needed to cancel my insurance. as am getting a mobility car and the insurance is sorted by them. To cancel I was quoted Ā£118 and asked if I wanted to pay YES or NO. I selected no, but it still cancelled the insurance. I could only speak to them via live chat and was basically told tough!!!! My wife’s insurance is Ā£40 to cancel (a similar yearly priced insurance, due on the same date, just didn’t need to cancel that one). What cowboys!! Really not happy steer clear, it’s one thing to pay for changes, but that takes the biscuit.

Terrible service. Took money without authority from my card for a policy I did not agree to on an 'auto renewal' then would only refund me 10% an month later due to unreasonable admin charges. Having to go through the Financial Ombudsman to retrieve funds.

I made a mistake when applying for car insurance for my wife's car. I forgot to add a no fault claim. When i ran another comparison, then quote was almost identical. I contacted onecall on the same day, and was told it would be £80 to amend the policy. I asked to cancel under the cooling off period as the policy hadn't even started yet and they charged me £50. Most other companies don't charge at all for cancellation during the cooling off period. Some charge £25. I decided to pay the £50 and chose another company. Never again

Absolutely rubbish I had my back card cloned and had to change banks but one click made it impossible for me to Chang my direct Debit cancelled my policy then tried to charge me. See you in court

I used the chatline as telephones are unheard of with this company. AP7 came on the line at 17.20 yesterday. We hadnt finished the transaction and at 17.29 and 50 seconds she terminated the call as she was due to go home. I called again earlier today and I explained yesterdays situation. She replied 'unfortunately that didnt happen' I am aware I am 63 but i am also intelligent enough to know she terminated the call but then tried to say it was my fault the chat had ended. I cannot believe she was actually saying it was me. I am extremely au fait with modern technology and find it offensive when someone tries to say it was me. One click clearly states business times are until 17.30. How convenient is shuts off at 17.29 and 50 seconds. I wont be renewing next year as i would prefer to actually talk to someone on the telephone.

OK all good until you don't want the renewal. Only contact is via chat abd I'm always 29th I'm the que. How is this acceptable

I spent ages waiting in the chat queue - twice - and chatted to an agent twice about updating information that was incorrectly placed in the first place, the information was not updated as they said it would be, i was advised to log out and log in again, and when i did it kept saying i didnt have an account and the seeion expired and the account didnt exsist. An awful waste of 2 hours. I now have no idea if my information has been updated or not. I can not access my account. And i am thinking of cancelling my policy in the cooling off period.

Tried to charge me over 60% more than last year on my renewal. Asked to cancel the auto renewal and you took nearly £80 off the price and then told me it could go down event more if I give you the latest info. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. How about instead of plucking figures out of thin air, and hoping your customers don't realise, you provide the best price in the first place?
