“Although Ei1 was very helpful and answered all my questions, it wasn't until I asked if One Click would cover the insurance of my Campervan was I told you do not cover Campervan/Motorhomes and the quote I was given was for a commercial vehicle. In that section I put OTHER for the Van description. This was not at all clear on the website. Not very One Click efficient and very time waisting for me.”

“Firstly, we bought a brand new car which you couldn’t insure immediately costing us an additional £80 in temporary insurance. The portal is just awful. You can’t log in and when you manage to it won’t allow you to make changes. So you try to speak to someone via the chat and get cut off. Finally got through to an agent after 20+ attempts and each time I replied it came up with error. I sorted out the change in policy eventually but whilst I was typing the operator cut me off. Infuriating.”

“JH7 was very good and knowledgeable and would be 5* but One click is not 5* but 2*. I have changed from a provisional license to full bike license after passing my test, they will no longer insure me on my 125 bike even though my partner was an additional rider with 30 years riding and I had 9 years riding on cbt's. They also would not quote on 500cc bike I was looking to buy. I've had to cancel my policy I had 5 months left on policy and no refund. on my other policy for my 125 scooter its cost me £20 to change from provisional to full license and they also wouldn't quote the 500cc bike I was looking to buy.”

“You said I had a previous claim and then put up my premium massively as a result. That claim never went ahead! I had to do all the work to get this resolved as you were prepared to wash your hands of it! I won’t be renewing when my insurance expires!”

“three previous attempts to make changes to policy on line failed each time. after long waits got cut off during chat or unable to access chat. wanted to talk on phone no number available. after a few days and approximtely 8 hours on line managed to chat with Paige ps1 who was most helpful and sorted out queries. can recommend her but not your system.”
