Impossible to access the portal where every change needs to take place. Cut off all day when trying to access live chat. No email or phone contact available.

Customer service for the last few days for live chat have been so slow and I when I get to number one it kept going off back to number.ber 14 also they should be a phone number available

I have tried the one click phone line and chat which are advertised as being available 24-7 and have been informed that they are only open office hours.

Who are these people talking about ? You cannot contact these clowns to change or cancel anything no phone no email and why auto renew ? The renewal was double last years policy !You have no option but to take auto renew when you take out a policy then you cannot cancel it I have spent hours trying to get through to a live person I had to fill in a form for buildings and contents although I only have contents then they tried to get me to accept a new renewal quote ! As for he how quick did they reply to your queries you have to tell them before they can Good luck but never again !!!!

HE4 changed address of correspondence, but not risk address - now I need to start the entire process again. Not helpful.

RS5. Like pulling teeth. No information provided and has to query each reply. Finally got the information I required. Would suggest a spot of retraing is required regarding attention to detail when replying to clients questions rather than worrying about an internal company competition

i am gutted with one click i had 250 excess for a claim when i made a claim they have now told me its 800 ,not way and i am not going to pay it ,that is faulse advertising ,and have contacted my layer ,and have been told not to pay this 8oo ,an absolute scam ,and the garage they sent me too ,have also scamed me by charging for parts that they have not replaced , i have reported them to the police and my insurance

Scrolled through certificates,m emails etc... annot find a number for customer services , the link for live talk will not let me do on my portal account, want to know why my breakdown cover wasn't added along with home start???? Woukd appreciate some form of communication from yourselves

Don’t think will be renewing in the next term because the amount of time it’s taking to sort my clame and we have had no calls or letters regarding the clame this would be very apeciated

Over Christmas break, did not see email from One Click to activate online account with 48 hours. Unable to access the account no matter what information is put in. Will try to sort out when LiveChat is active during the working day. Money to pay for the car policy which is not due until 3 January 2025 has been taken from bank account.

They have put my insurance up by nearly £50 saying misrepresentation, that I have an undeclared claim, this is absolutely not true

It was Rubbish, I lost my Keys to my Van and had to get a lift back from family because I couldn't use the stupid Portal! Then when I phoned Auto repair they couldn't redo the locks so they opened my van and left my van open! They then said they couldn't repair the locks after they took £100 ecsess! They then left my van open but thanks to Ageus and RAC they got my Van home for Cristmas day but I've still not got any keys for ut

Absolutely awful company, granted it’s an online company but after thinking I had found a better quote (originally paying £12 with my old insurance) because I forgot about a claim they have doubled my monthly payment so it’s 3 times more then my original quote they gave me. When I said i wanted to cancel they said I’d have to pay a full year. Would never recommend this company

Great offer price but then let down by service. And following a complaint by a ridiculous decision to not allow my NCD. I have since dropped One Cluck or Obe Call whoever they choose to run by for another well known insurer. Don’t get sucked in!!! Martin Meadows
