“It is incredibly frustrating when told that customers are required to communicate with a member of the One Click staff on line, rather than by telephone. Even though proof of sale of the insured vehicle was sent, the insurers refused a full refund in respect of the period they were not providing cover - the direct result of very poor communication on the part of One Stop.”

“Shocking company to deal with. Apparently no humans are involved and no way to discuss issues. Because there was no way to respond to letters which gave seven days notice before the policy was cancelled and which took seven days to arrive by post, I had to go to another provider. I cancelled my policy and still waiting for a refund. I would advise people to avoid using this company.”

“Where do i start with this.... firstly i had an absolute nightmare trying to sent my prove of No Claims Bonus. You sent me an email asking for the info... i send it, only to be told my email isn't sent because I'm not a member! What...you've taken my payment, how on earth can i not be a member. I then asked one of my friends to Check to make sure I've done everything correct. He assured me that was right. He then sent it himself...didn't go through. The following day he had more time on his hands and finally the details went through. I then get an email saying..."there are some discrepancies with your No claims bonus ? No information of what the discrepancies are. Sent an email back to you asking for the information... guess what... sorry your not a member??? I don't know to this day if I'm insured or Not!! You even sent me a Link for a "chat message " of which, I thought, great, I'll go down that route... no chance. You tap on the link, and guess what... it offers you almost everything apart from one thing... you guessed it, no chat message!!! I've tried again sending you an email with my contact details (phone number)... response, yep, not a member. I give up.”

“Absolute sharks. Avoid at all costs. No right to a 14 day cooling off period, as within that period you have to pay £50 regardless. Hide it terms and conditions.”

“They won't pay out. They come up with excuses as to why. Never again will I go with this company. They do not honour new for old in accidental damage claims. They blame wear and tear”

“As a senior citizen I was charged for an undisclosed claim I never made and after sending as much information on all my previous home and buildings insurances to plead my case, you still never refunded the additional money I had paid. I will never use you again and would recommend others not to use you either.”
