“MB1 - Spoke to Mia this morning and even though it was over chat she provided excellent customer service. She was able to resolve my issue very quickly and provided me with a number of options suitable for me. Mia also made sure I was able to afford the excess I had chosen which for me made me feel valued as a customer. Mia ensure that her responses were clear and precise with no jargon which I really appreciated. One of the best services i have received over chat. Thank you again really appreciate this service”

“I received my insurance renewal for my car and the price had gone up, so i hunted around and found it cheaper elsewhere. I called One Click to inform them that I was not going to renew with them. I spoke to KR2 who was very helpful, he matched the price for me, so they had a very happy customer. Thank you KR2.”
