“Used the online chat today to see if One Call could match the cheaper renewal quotes I had received before taking them out. HE4 (Harry E) was very helpful and answered quickly to each question raised. He managed to match the cheapest quote for me so I have ended up staying with One Call for another year. Thanks Harry!”

“Although Ei1 was very helpful and answered all my questions, it wasn't until I asked if One Click would cover the insurance of my Campervan was I told you do not cover Campervan/Motorhomes and the quote I was given was for a commercial vehicle. In that section I put OTHER for the Van description. This was not at all clear on the website. Not very One Click efficient and very time waisting for me.”
