“Had to cancel my motorcycle insurance as I no longer have one. Trying to do it on line was a nightmare as no useable contact details are given. So went onto chat. Along came my chat host CH5, like a Knight on a white charger! He sorted out in a few minutes what I’d been trying to do for an hour! So Top Man CH5! You should be running the company! Many thanks for your help!”
