“I found it difficult getting to the chat stage as I’m not computer savvy , and would much prefer direct verbal chat .However when I did engage with KP 2 the renewal process went well. Getting to the chat stage just to even find what my renewal price wasn’t easy , why did I need irrelevant pre chat , why wasn’t I able just to select renewal price ?? Then decide if I want to proceed or not ??”

“It's only an internet based insurance company, no phone numbers etc. Gets a bit frustrating when it comes to speaking with someone. You have to go through a chat facility. The chat, when it eventually connects, is quite reasonable. Don't expect any human contact. This is insurance we're talking about so I'm not all that fussed.”

“C H was very helpful in helping me renew my car insurance today. They repeatedly asked me to confirm I was OK with what was being done and offered to talk me through if I had any confusion. Although it's a chatbox, the exchange felt human rather than the literature dump of a chatbot. A great service. Thank you”
