“ps1 was fantastic explaining my renewal terms and conditions and listening to my concerns. Clear explanations were provided about my insurance. Very, very helpful. I only logged in to ask for auto-renewal to be turned off (because I dislike that feature), but ended up coming away with a great new renewal policy.”
