“My recent phone call to one Click. I spoke to Cg1. He was extremely helpful. He talked me through the benefits of my upgrade which was especially important with the breakdown cover which I was able to change to suit my needs. So lovely to speak to someone and hear everything is covered. Brilliant customer service one click.”

“I entered into a chat with Charlie H this afternoon regarding the renewal of my car insurance. I had a slightly cheaper quote and asked if he could match it. He was extremely efficient, professional and quick with his replies. As a result I obtained a very good quote and stayed with the company. Excellent service. Thank you, Charlie”
