“Very happy with the price offered, shame the automatic renewal price was double. Shouldn't have to cancel to be offered a better price. Will be cancelling the auto renewal.”

They were incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to thoroughly understand my situation regarding a previous insurance cancellation. “I was going to leave one click due to the renewal price being higher than expected but after speaking with Megan (ML2) she was able to get me a cheaper price and helped explain all the details and was very helpful and was happy with the renewal and kept on with them for another a year.”

“Online chat with AW1 to check that towbars and roof bars are covered in the policy as some insurers do not cover these and class them as vehicle modifications. AW1 quickly confirmed that Onecall includes these with no additional paperwork or charges. Easy to deal with and could easily put this information on the website as lots of people have these questions.”

“Wasted my time. Accepted their quote, went ahead and paid, turned around and said they needed further information and waited for them to ask for that information. From nowhere on the last day of my insurance they said they can't cover and refunded the money. What a waste of time and money”
