“Unfortunately my initial interaction with one of the agents was not a great experience and I was not looking forward to interacting with the chat feature again. “BH1 Helped me sort my Insurance as I have two unsettled though Non-Fault issues with a different Insurer. It is very difficult to sort these issues out without talking on a phone call to a person but BH1 did very well. Its a minefield without proper communication Much appreciated”
