“The customer service is excellent....I was using live chat and speaking with agent NK3 and she was fabulous. So helpful with my issue and she resolved it. The price is also very good and their website is nice and easy to follow. I would recommend this insurance site for car insurance”

“Although I found it very difficult to navigate and speak to an agent , the agent ML2 was great sorted,out my issues and answered all my questions , I was going to cancel ,but ended up staying excellent customer service and price .”
