“Do not use OneClick. Impossible to contact the company. Chat box is the only way and took over an hour to get through and then kept getting kicked out. Tried to change mobile number and could not do so. Then tried to cancel policy which was made incredibly difficult and kept pushing back on refund only to be charged £49.99 fee within 2 days of taking out policy...told in chat box if it is after 14 days then fee is £599.99!!!! Company hides fees and is not transparent - will be taking up with FCA/Insurance Ombudsman”
