“i was unable to get talking to someone over the phone. only chat online available. also only 2 options for the online chat which non of I needed to query about. eventually got to chat to someone online using a completely different dept but at least she was able to get me a phone number to contact. The lady on live chat was efficient. But the companies system and ability to phone someone to talk to directly is very poor and only gets 1*”
