“Spoke to ch5 and got my renewal down to the best of other quotes I obtained, it’s a shame we have to do this every year though, I would much rather stay with one company and build up a level of trust with them”

“It would have been a far more important interaction if only we humans had the gift of speech and perhaps a telephone !
