“I spoke with David(DA7) today about my car insurance renewal. He was polite, informative, and explained the quote clearly, including all fees and terms. Although I originally wanted to cancel, he still provided helpful information about my options and how to manage my policy in the portal. Thanks for the professional service.”

“8th in queue - took 5 minutes or so to get to chat, OH3 very helpful when I did get though. But you know what - sure would be nice to be able to call someone and just have them check the details of my policy on the phone. I'm over 80 years old and computer things are not very easy and I could not find a phone number to call you on. How hard would it be to have some old fashioned customer service? Just a thought for the oldies out here.....”
