Jack was very helpful and professional, took time to answer my queries. I would add some may find it a little difficult to talk or answer on a chat. Jack was ACE. He has helped me choose the right policy.

Don't use this company, I have been trying to cancel my policy as I have scrapped my vehicle. You are unable to speak to anyone in person. They just keep you in the queue and then cut you off. Trying to do it through the portal is impossible as you must chat to someone who will not respond. I have no option but to keep paying my debit payments otherwise there are threats of extra charges. I have had to take a new policy out with another company as I was not allowed to cancel or transfer my cover to my new car, via the portal, losing my no claims bonus.
