“Absolutely brilliant service by KT7, very quick, no messing around, simple info that was needed to make a decision. I was going to cancel my policy, but renewed for another year. Hope all the agents are as good as KT7”

“Ref: BC5 I didnt have to wait long for Live chat to start. Agent Britney was very helpful and although tried to sell more enhancement to the product, she respectfully adhered to my wishes that I had no requirements to further enhance the product .. for which I was grateful to her having that respect. Thank you Britney 🙂 All in all, very satisfied with my Customer Experience”
