“I spoke to TM1 to cancel one of my motorcycle policies, as I have sold the bike. They were extremely helpful with the process. I was sceptical on using the chat and prefer to speak to someone on the phone, probably due to my age. However I found it much easier to use the chat and the process was quick and simple. I have three motorcycles with One Click and cannot fault the ease of use on the App, customer service and competitive price. Thanks”

“I spoke to CH5 to renew my bike policy, made an update as I had a tracker installed from new. Really helpful and completed the annual renew and payment online. I have always been sceptical of chats online than speaking to someone, probably due to my age. But it was much easier and quicker to update and renew my policy. I currently have 3 motorcycles with one click and by far the most competitive, helpful and easy to use insurance company Thanks”
