“Bad news first I couldn’t get through to chat App at all earlier today. It just went down to zero and nothing happened. I almost didn’t go for the policy for that. After I got the policy, I was able to get through and I was dealt with by EW2. They were super helpful did exactly what I asked of them and my lovely and polite.!”
