“PS1 tried her hardest, but could only award the Company (PS1 would get 5 stars), but its the company the stars reflect, so awarded but failed, as kept waiting doe over 20 mins to be chatted to, and OC couldnt beat a new quote I received from elsewhere. So cant fault the customer service person, but can fault the time to wait and failed attempt to keep my business Sorry PS1”
