“5 Stars - Excellent Service from Elizabeth (EW2) I had an issue with my no claims bonus documentation being rejected, and Elizabeth (EW2) was absolutely brilliant in helping me resolve it. She took the time to properly investigate what had happened, clearly explained the actual reason for the rejection (which differed from what was stated in the letter I'd received), and sorted everything out efficiently. Elizabeth was patient, professional, and communicative throughout the chat. She confirmed that my policy remains valid and that no further action is needed from my end. The whole interaction was handled smoothly and courteously. Really pleased with the outcome and appreciate Elizabeth's help. Highly recommend!”
