“MS2 dealt with my query very thoroughly and managed a great deal on my renewal. I am always anxious about renewals as I have price increases and breakdown cover removed by other companies in the past which has left me high and dry! MS2 ensured I had the correct cover for everything I needed including a vehicle change. My one negative was the length of time it took to communicate via live chat.”

“I was disappointed with the renewal quote and wasn’t aware that I had agreed to automatic renewal. It appears that unless you actively opt out, the renewal is processed automatically. In my case, the payment was taken five days before the actual renewal date. I’d advise future customers to be mindful of this policy. The initial renewal quote was not competitive, and after waiting as number 26 in the online chat queue, when I got through I was offered a better price, which I accepted from MB1”
