Live chat with KT7 - contacted as my renewal price was very high - very helpful, prompt and clear response - unfortunately I decided to go elsewhere. I would have preferred to speak to someone, but that is not detrimental to the professional response I got

KT7 was amazing and provided a hassle-free service in stopping the automatic renewal. The agent made the process simple and efficient. One point of improvement: before reaching the agent, the live chat system required me to answer questions that didn’t apply to my situation, such as ‘What is the total amount of contents cover you need?’ and ‘What is the maximum number of consecutive days your property would be empty?’. The system wouldn’t accept 0 or N/A, which made progressing unnecessarily difficult. It would be helpful if the chat allowed non-applicable answers so customers can reach support more smoothly.
