“TS4 was helpful. However, nt happy with the whole One Click service in general as it has cost me over £250 to have insurance with them for just 2 months. I have changed my car, which they quoted a ridiculous amount for, so I bought insurance elsewhere and unfotunately their cancellation policies are rather ridiculous. Not TS4 fault, she is only doung her job and was very polite and helpful....but the whole One Click system was not impressive - sorry”
