“SORTED AT LAST After spending an unsuccessful hour on a live chat with hannah I tried 2 days later and this time got my change of vehicle sorted promptly with Caitlin co4. I am still apprehensive though on whether I would renew with One Click though because I feel that wasted hour would have been solved if you could actually speak to someone and its really put me off. technology has gone backwards with insurers not forwards when you sit infront of a screen for an hour trying to make contact and sorting a simple change”

“AT7 was helpful but a little long winded. I also had to wait 20 minutes for a chat which had a queue 10 deep when I joined it! If I wanted to hang around I can do that on the phone, I expect chats to be much quicker! Either way, almost 30 minutes I'll not see again just to turn auto renew off, which I could have done on the website if there was a function to enable it! Come on, One Click, if you want to go online then do it right!”
