“Very relaxed and easy to talk to especially as she had a local Donny accent ( unlike others companies where their callers are poor English speaking) because of this and her polite and easy to understand manner I have decide to renew my insurance with yourselves and nit spend a couple of hours trawling through comparison sites. A breath of fresh air.”
