“OH3 was helpful but during that chat I was hammered with preprogrammed sales pitches for options I had already rejected. Not appreciated. I'm sure OH3 has no control over this and my comment should be taken as a criticism of your system rather than their performance.”

“One Click Insurance were just wonderful as I tried to change my current insurance from House and Contents to Contents Insurance only, when I moved house recently. Oliver, OC3 talked me through the changes and after some discussion time, and lots of advice from OC3, my new Contents Only Policy was settled and I also received a reasonable amount as refund from my previous Building policy. Thank you.”
